Founded by Battalion Chief Carlos S. Cabrera in 1997, C3S has experienced an outstanding growth in resources with the addition of Chris (software development) & David Cabrera (web development). Our family has been involved with both firefighting and technology for 20+ years and we put every ounce of that industry experience into our products.

C3S Code 3 Software is one of the nations leading developers of Patient Care Reporting software. Established in 1997, Code 3 Software has been providing PCR services for the EMS community for over 13 years. We are responsible for the development of the EMSExpress data reporting system. Our goal has always been to provide the user with intuitive software that creates patient reports both quickly and completely. The EMSExpress data reporting system is also certified for Silver Compliance with NEMSIS.
